Flair's tickets are non-refundable; therefore, refunds and fee waivers will not be offered for cancellations due to medical emergencies, death, or serious illness. These include, but are not limited to:
- Serious illness of an immediate family member who is not travelling with the passenger.
- Death of an immediate family member who is not travelling with the passenger.
- Serious illness of a booked passenger.
- Death of a booked passenger.
- A medical emergency of the passenger or family member of a passenger.
Passengers are encouraged to contact their travel insurance provider to begin a claim should they need to cancel for one of the above reasons.
Please note: Refunds and fee waivers will be considered if a passenger is called for jury duty. Passengers will be required to provide evidence of jury duty. Once a passenger provides proof of their jury duty, Flair will proceed with a full refund.
