Errors and spelling mistakes are bound to happen, so customers can perform name corrections to their bookings, provided they fall within specific parameters. Depending on the correction required, fee(s) may apply.
Please note: Flair's fares are non-transferrable; therefore, complete name changes from one passenger to a different passenger are not permitted.

Minor Name Corrections
A minor name correction is a correction involving three or fewer characters.
- A minor name correction can be performed online for no fee using the Manage My Booking tool found on the Flair Airlines website.
- A minor name correction can be performed via Flair's Contact Centre; however, a Contact Centre Transaction fee(s) will apply.

Major Name Corrections
A major name correction is a change involving four or more characters.
- A major name correction can be performed online using the Manage My Booking tool on the Flair Airlines website. The Name Correction fee(s) will apply.
- A major name correction can be performed via Flair's Contact Centre; however, the Name Correction fee(s) and the Contact Centre Transaction fee(s) will apply.

Adding or Removing Names
Adding a first or last name to a passenger's reservation is considered a major name correction.
- Adding a first or last name can be done using Manage My Booking on the Flair Airlines website. The Name Correction fee(s) will apply.
- Adding a first or last name can be done via Flair's Contact Centre; however, both the Name Correction fee(s) and the Contact Centre fee(s) will apply.
Middle Names
Middle name additions/removals/corrections are not required.
- Passengers can be assured that only first and last names must match their travel documents.
- Middle name discrepancies will not create issues at the airport, such as check-in or denied boarding.
However, if passengers still wish to add/remove/correct their middle name, it must be done through Flair's Contact Centre. The Name Correction fee(s) and Contact Centre fee(s) will apply.
Legal Name Corrections
If a customer has undergone a legal name change, we will waive the Name Correction fee(s) and the Contact Centre Transaction fee(s) if we are provided with official supporting documentation. The new name must match the travel documents the passenger intends to use as identification.

- Marriage License
- Court Order
- Divorce Decree
- Legal Name Change Document
Travel Agency Reservations
If you have made a Flair reservation through a third-party agency, you must contact the travel agency to correct the name(s) on the reservation.
How to Correct a Name Online
To perform a name correction on our website, please take the following steps:
- Visit us at Manage My Booking at Flair Airlines.
- Enter the passenger's last name and reservation code (six characters)
- Once on the "here's your reservation page," click on the link "correct personal information."
- Click on "change name / fix spelling."

A pop-up will appear to enter the new, correct name
- A pop-up will appear to confirm the change for minor name corrections (3 or fewer characters).
- A pop-up will advise that a fee will apply for major name corrections (4 or more characters).
- Once the correction is complete, it will appear on the itinerary
