Travel Voucher Overview
Flair's Travel Vouchers are like digital coupon codes that you can use to purchase a Flair reservation. Voucher Codes are sometimes referred to as Promo Codes, but they aren't Promo Codes.
Travel Vouchers are ten-character codes containing both numbers and letters, which are sent to customers via email.
Flair does not issue paper vouchers or coupons, and travel vouchers are not available for purchase.
Travel Vouchers vs Future Travel Credits
Travel Vouchers are different than Future Travel Credits. Future Travel Credits appear on your Manage My Booking page and are linked to a specific booking reference number (PNR).
Future Travel Credits are auto-generated when a PNR is cancelled. The balance of the cancelled booking will remain on the PNR.
How to Book Using a Travel Voucher
Travel Voucher codes can used on our website, flyflair.com, by entering the 10-character code on the payment page.
Common Travel Voucher Errors
The most common Voucher error message is “This voucher code is not valid or expired”.
This error will occur if the Voucher Code is used (has been redeemed) or expired.
If you receive this error, check if you have used it or if it is expired. If you think you've received this message in error, please contact our Contact Centre for more information.
