Medical Accommodation Program Overview
We offer a Medical Accommodation program that allows customers to travel with a support person (not provided by Flair). The support person must be over 18 years old and able to assist the applicant.
The Medical Accommodation program is for only for flights travelling solely within Canada.
Under the Medical Accommodation program, we do not charge a fare for an additional seat for the applicant’s support person; however, we must collect all applicable taxes and fees on behalf of the airport authorities and the federal government.
Please note that the Medical Accommodation program is not for customers who are not disabled due to their medical condition or obesity, require a support person only at their destination but not inflight, or may want a travel companion for reasons other than a disability.
For reservations under the Medical Accommodation Program, please contact our Medical Desk, as this is unavailable on our website.
