At the Airport
Upon request, we will:
- Provide an agent to help guide passengers to their gates.
- Allow passengers to board their flight before others so we can help them locate their seats and store their carry-on baggage and/or personal items.
Most Canadian airports offer curbside assistance at accessible drop-off and pickup locations. This includes assistance at the airport or the pickup location. For more information, please refer to the accessibility section on the airport’s website.
Many airports have available hearing loops, sign language, and sign language interpretation. To find out what is available at the airport(s) the passengers are travelling through, please visit the accessibility section on the airport’s website directly.
Onboard
Upon request, we will:
- Assist passengers by reviewing the layout of our aircraft and the various amenities at their seat.
- Provide passengers with an individual safety briefing.
Booking a Reservation
For more information, add an accessibility request to an existing reservation, or for assistance with making a booking, please call our Medical Desk at 1-833-382-5421. Voice relay service is also available by calling 711.
Important Information
Please note that we cannot assist passengers with the following:
- Using washroom facilities
- Taking medications
- Managing meals
If a passenger has severe hearing loss, they can contact Flair's Medical Desk at 1-833-382-5421 at least 48 hours before departure for assistance and information.
If a passenger is not considered self-reliant in travel, they must be accompanied by a support person.
