Syringes must be for personal medical use, and the needle guard must be in place. The passenger must possess medication to be administered using the syringe or needle and projectors.

Medical Devices
Flair will waive the baggage fees for medical devices required for travel on board or at the passenger's destination.
Medical devices such as dialysis and CPAP machines can be transported as carry-on baggage, provided the passenger notifies Flair, and the device fits under the seat in front of them or into the overhead storage area. The area around all medical devices must be clear of blankets, coats, and other pieces of carry-on baggage.
If passengers require the use of a medical device on board, they must ensure:
- They contact Flair's Medical Desk at least 48 hours before departure to obtain approval to travel
- The medical device is approved for use during air travel
- The medical device is battery-powered, and extra batteries are brought with it as part of their carry-on baggage. Batteries are not accepted as checked baggage.
- The extra batteries are sufficient to cover the use of the medical device for the entire duration of the travel itinerary, including connection time, check-in, and an additional buffer of 1.5 times the duration of the flight in case of delays
- They know how to use the medical device without assistance
-
The medical device does not exceed the carry-on baggage dimensions and weight restrictions. The device must be transported as checked baggage if it exceeds these dimensions and weight restrictions. Our carry-on baggage allowance is as follows:
-
- 23 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm (9 in x 15.5 in x 21.5 in)
- 10 kg (22 lb)
