If a passenger has a non-visible disability, we gladly offer assistance.
In this article:
At the Airport
Upon request, we will:
- Allow passengers to board their flight before others so we can help them locate their seats and store their carry-on baggage and/or personal items.
Most Canadian airports offer curbside assistance at accessible drop-off and pickup locations. This includes assistance at the airport or the pickup location. For more information, please refer to the accessibility section on the airport’s website directly.
On-Board
Upon request, we will:
- assist passengers by reviewing the layout of our aircraft and the various amenities at their seat
- provide passengers with an individual safety briefing
