As a form of public transportation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, as we cannot control the presence of allergens that other passengers may bring on board. Despite aircraft grooming policies, it is also possible for these allergens to remain on or between seat cushions.

Onboard Food and Beverage Options
The products we serve and offer for sale during the flight may contain various ingredients that may be allergens for some passengers. We recommend bringing your own food if you have a severe allergy.
Recommendations
If you or someone you're travelling with has a severe allergy, we recommend bringing the following on board:
- Medications
- Antihistamines
- Disinfecting wipes
- Hand sanitizer
- Allergen-free food
Buffer Zone
We can arrange to set up a buffer zone to assist passengers with severe allergies.
A buffer zone is a small group of seats where:
- We can advise nearby passengers around to refrain from consuming or using allergens.
- Ensure passengers travelling with pets are seated further away from the passenger if the passenger is severely allergic to pet dander.
For severe allergies that require a buffer zone, passengers must complete Flair's Medical Accommodation form with their physician. This form is located at Flair Airlines - Forms.
Once the Medical Accommodation form has been completed, it must be emailed to us no less than 7 days before the flight's departure to provide adequate time for review. Completed forms can be sent to accessibility@flyflair.com.
Additional Information
- All fees incurred for completing these forms are the customer's responsibility.
- Incomplete forms will not be reviewed or processed.
- Flair Airlines reviews applications based on the medical information provided by the passenger and their attending physician and according to the Canadian Transportation Agency's regulations, which can be found on their website at The Canadian Transportation Agency regulations.
- The applicant will be contacted via email to advise them if the application has been approved or declined.
