When a customer requests wheelchair assistance, we can assist at the airport with the following:
- Bringing the customer from the check-in counter, through the security screening, and to the departure gate in the departure city
- Providing a place for the customers to wait that is near our staff while they wait to board their Flair flight
- Bringing the customer from the arrival gate to the baggage collection area in the arrival city
- Providing alternate ways to board and disembark the aircraft by way of a lift or alternate measures, if applicable
- Checking with customers periodically to inquire about their needs and offer assistance
- Providing a gate pass, if available, to a family member or friend so they may escort the customer to their departure gate
- Assist the customer through border clearance and collecting their checked baggage
- Taking customers to the general public area or to a location where terminal personnel may assist them with proceeding to the curbside zone or, if they are transferring within the same terminal, to a location where they may receive assistance from another carrier in finding their connecting flight
Please Note
Flair cannot assist with:
- Using washroom facilities
- Taking medications
- Managing meals
